Sunday, May 11, 2008 Most Fab Ice Cubes

You are going to LOVE this recipe!

* Start out by going by your local Target and pick up one of these fabulous ice trays! Now, the trick is is actually finding this particular color and design...otherwise, it won't work. The recipe will just completely fall apart.
* Once you've picked up your "fun at the beach" ice tray, wash it!
* If you don't wash the tray... your bound to eat some dirty "fab ice"
* Pick up the tray with your left hand, and walk to your sink (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, even the little sink at your wet bar will work)
* Once this is done, take your right hand and turn up the handle on your sink and wait for the water to get really cold (this helps in the freezing process).
* For smaller "fab ice" only fill the trays about 1/2 - 3/4 full! If you would like more, go ahead and fill the tray completely with water.
* Last, turn off your water, and place tray directly in freezer. The water should be frozen in a few minutes (unless you don't have a super awesome, cold freezer) if this is the case, I recommend freezing over night.
* Once frozen, with both hands twist tray (upside) over a bowl. The ice should fall out with a few twists (if not, start over)
* When you have your "fab ice" keep them stored in a cooler for me to pick up, because that would be super cool to use these as the ice in the drinks (at my wedding reception)
